Role Overview:

The Digital Operations Manager (Content & Product) will be responsible for overseeing the content carousels within the application interface, ensuring they are engaging and user-friendly. This role will also manage the internal naming conventions and organization of content within the app. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital content management, user experience, and operational excellence. The role will encompass managing digital assets across various platforms, including iOS, Android, Smart TV, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize content carousels to enhance user engagement and satisfaction across all digital assets: iOS App (App Store), Android App (Play Store), Huawei Android App, Android OS Smart TV App, WebOS App, and Web App.
  • Develop and maintain internal naming conventions for the application’s content.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to determine which carousels perform best and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of content across all platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of content carousels and internal application features across all digital assets.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of content across the application on different platforms.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational processes related to content management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content operations.
  • Coordinate with platform-specific teams to ensure each digital asset is optimized for its unique user experience.
  • Oversee content updates and releases to ensure timely and accurate deployment across all platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content display and organization on different digital assets.
  • Work closely with content partners to ensure the timely delivery and accurate representation of content within the app.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content presentation with marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with the product team to ensure that content and carousel management align with product development goals and timelines.
  • Liaise with the engineering team to address technical challenges related to content integration and display.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital operations, content management, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing digital content across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, Smart TV, and web applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital media streaming applications and user experience best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic.
