1001 is looking for a talented and motivated Product Manager will lead the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring a customer-centric approach to feature delivery by identifying jobs to be done for users and documenting user narratives. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the live streaming experience, drive user satisfaction, and apply Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Job Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Follow a user-centric approach to prioritizes the needs and preferences of users through gathering customer feedback and integrating user insights into product decisions, this process includes conducting user interviews to formulate hypotheses.
- Document user narratives and identify Jobs To Be Done for users.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies in the organization's working processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product delivery
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform product decisions.
- Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
