Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of the VOD platform to identify and report software defects, usability issues, and functional discrepancies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts for validating functionality, performance, and compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues.
- Monitor and track defects using bug tracking systems and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Participate in test documentation creation and maintenance, including test plans and test reports.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the QA process.
